VMS grew from a real Classic Mini Honda conversion. The subframe is being developed as a reproducible engineering solution — not a one-off workshop improvisation.

Practical packaging first: motor and gearbox position, service access and a conversion that remains understandable for builders and workshops.

Developed around a strong, purposeful structure suited to the demands of a Honda D-series installation in a Classic Mini front end.
